Looking after TGS venues in regional New South Wales means I spend many hours in a car or on a plane travelling to some of the most beautiful parts of our country. My day varies according to the needs of the clubs, and I love the diversity of my role, which can entail working on the marketing, gaming, loyalty, systems and operational areas of a venue. A key component of my role is spending time with staff, management and customers at my venues. This allows me to identify the club's strengths, which could be better leveraged, as well as understand areas of the venue that we could work with them on improving. The food and beverage offering is phenomenal -- continually changing and giving exciting options for members -- making clubs a one-stop destination. What's that one lesson you've learned that has stuck by you in your career? Be passionate about what you do, remain humble and treat everyone as an equal. In your free time, how do you like to relax? I love being by the ocean and keeping fit and healthy, so this includes lots of swimming, yoga, gym time and hiking. What's one thing people would be surprised to learn about you? That I'm a mother of 21-year-old twins -- people are surprised when I tell them.
